TOWN OF ORIENTA
SPECIAL BOARD MEETING
April 21, 2026

The meeting was called to order at 6:20 pm by Chairman Mark Hoefling. Members present: Hoefling, Supervisors James Bailey and Troy Kavajecz, Clerk Clyde Clauson and Treasurer John Tribys.

NEW BUSINESS

1. Local Small Structure Improvement Program (LSSIP): The board met to discuss options using LSSIP for replacement of two box culverts on Airport Road. LSSIP grants pay 90% of the replacement cost. Kavajecz moved, Bailey seconded, that the board authorizes Cooper Engineering to apply on Orienta’s behalf for two grants from the LSSIP for aluminum box culverts to replace the aging box concrete culverts on Airport Road. Motion carried.

Following a motion, the meeting was adjourned.
