TOWN OF ORIENTA
REGULAR BOARD MEETING
January 10, 2026
The meeting was called to order at 8:00 am by Chairman Mark Hoefling. Members present: Hoefling, Supervisors James Bailey and Troy Kavajecz, Clerk Clyde Clauson and Treasurer John Tribys.
Approval of the Agenda: Bailey moved, Kavajecz seconded approval of the agenda. Motion carried.
Pledge of Allegiance
Minutes: Motion by Kavajecz, second by Bailey to approve the minutes of the regular board meeting of December 13, 2025. Motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report: General fund – $199,870.86, highway fund – $10,888.47 for a total cash on hand of $210,759.33. Motion by Bailey, second by Kavajecz to receive the treasurer’s report. Motion carried.
Road Report: Activities – servicing the roads by plowing, winging back banks, sanding and ice scouring, other maintenance as needed.

- Ambulance Report: Mark gave the report.

INFORMATION: None
Payment of Vouchers: Vouchers were signed, and bills were paid.
The next regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors will be Saturday, February 14, 2026.
Following a motion, the meeting was adjourned.
